Disclaimer & editorial policy

Independent archive, commentary and fact-checking.

The Anti Index is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any creator, channel, platform or person covered by the archive.

Sources & preservation

What the archive records.

Publicly available material

The site records, links to and comments on material that was publicly available when observed. Source material may include livestreams, social-media posts, Community posts and public live-chat messages.

Changes and removals

The Anti Index records what was publicly available at the time of observation. Subsequent edits, removals or changes to the original source do not alter the archived record of what was previously observed.

Where a previously observed source is no longer retrievable, the site normally describes it as currently unavailable. It is not labelled deleted, private or removed for a particular reason unless that reason can be verified.

User-submitted material

Registered users may submit screenshots or copies of public posts for review. Submissions are not published automatically. The site may retain the submitting account privately for moderation while public attribution remains optional.

Editorial approach

Source, fact and opinion are kept distinct.

Fact-checking

Factual and legal claims are checked against available evidence before publication where practicable. Laws can vary by jurisdiction, particularly across U.S. federal and state law, so legal claims are assessed in the relevant jurisdiction where that can be identified.

Commentary

Commentary and interpretation are editorial opinion and are labelled separately from source material and factual findings.

Corrections and right of reply

Evidence-backed corrections are welcomed. Where a factual error is established, the aim is to correct the record transparently rather than silently rewrite it.

Copyright & law

Jurisdiction and source rights.

Copyright

Full third-party videos and complete transcripts are not ordinarily republished publicly. The site generally links to original sources and uses limited excerpts, screenshots or quotations where needed for identification, criticism, commentary, review or evidential context.

Jurisdiction

The Anti Index is operated from outside the United States and draws on publicly available material originating from multiple jurisdictions, including the United States. Content is published with regard to applicable law and, where relevant, the laws and rights applicable to the original source material.

No legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Legal commentary is provided for research, criticism and informational purposes only.
